The UMKC School of Medicine currently using the virtual counseling services of TimelyCare. To get started, download the TimelyCare app or go to the website and get registered. You must sign up with your UMKC email address.

Through TimelyCare, you will have access to a multitude of health and wellness related services including 24/7 TalkNow therapy, 24/7 MedicalNow for medical concerns, 9 scheduled therapy sessions per year, 9 scheduled medical appointments per year, unlimited health coaching, and a limited number of psychiatry appointments (access code for psychiatry must be requested from Dr. Bobby Riss, Associate Dean of Student Affairs). In addition, there are many guided meditations, self-paced programs, and more - all for free! Even if you don't think you'll be needing any of these services for now, we highly recommend that you get registered so that you will have instant access to services in the future when you need them.
